Paid Media Agency

As a paid media agency, we manage Google Ads and Meta Ads on accurate tracking and feed data, with CRO integration built in so paid traffic actually converts once it lands — rather than treating media buying and conversion as two disconnected disciplines run by different teams.

How We Actually Do This

Channel decision tree: Google vs Meta vs other

Google Ads (Search + Shopping/PMax) tends to win for explicit, high-intent demand. Meta wins for demand generation and retargeting where visual creative can do the work. The right mix depends on your margin, average order value, and how much of your demand is already actively searching versus needs to be created — we scope this per account rather than defaulting to a fixed split.

Tracking and account-ownership standards

You own your ad accounts, your tracking pixels, and your data — always. We work inside accounts you control, document every change, and hand over full access and knowledge if the engagement ever ends. No agency should ever hold your ad account hostage to retain you as a client.

Fee model and what's excluded

Our management fee is separate from your ad spend — we don't take a percentage that incentivises spending more than necessary. Ad spend itself, third-party software, and creative production beyond a defined scope are billed separately and agreed upfront, never buried in a vague monthly total.

First 90 days: audit, rebuild, test, scale

Days 1–15: full account, tracking, and feed audit. Days 16–30: campaign structure rebuilt against what the audit found. Days 30–60: systematic creative and targeting testing once conversion data starts flowing. Days 60–90: scale what's proven and cut what isn't — with a written summary at each checkpoint, not a black-box dashboard you're left to interpret alone.

FAQs

How much does a paid media agency cost?

Management fees vary by account complexity and spend level — typically a flat monthly fee rather than a percentage of spend, so the incentive stays aligned with your actual results rather than how much budget gets consumed.

Agency fee vs percentage of ad spend — which is better?

A flat fee removes the incentive to inflate your spend unnecessarily. We use flat management fees for this reason, scoped to account complexity rather than budget size.

What ad budget do I need?

We generally recommend at least £2,000/month in ad spend before paid media becomes efficient to manage professionally — below that, the platform's own learning phase eats too much of the budget relative to results.

How should paid media performance be measured?

Against contribution margin and marketing efficiency ratio (MER) where cost data allows, not blended ROAS alone — blended ROAS can look healthy while individual campaigns quietly lose money.
